Panther aloft a tree!


Leopard agonizing atop a Sterculia tree in Panna National Park! It cannot come down as another leopard lies in wait for him below... He's taken a 'panga' with the other panther! Seeing a leopard on a tree is more often done in Africa than in India! And Indian leopards don't seem to be as comfortable on a tree - one wouldn't see one atop a tree all day long, just for the fun of it!
